When you purchase your Valery Home, there are often several weeks before you will be contacted by our in-house designer for your first appointment. Take this time to prepare your favourite samples and collect inspirational photos to bring along with you, as well as a wish list of options that you may choose to include when creating your dream home.

At the time of your scheduled appointment, you will be given an orientation on your floor plan, outlining possible structural changes and customizations available to you. During your structural appointment you will also be reviewing your electrical plans and will have the opportunity to tailor the design and locations specific to your needs. Upon completion of this appointment, you will be asked to book your follow-up colour and finishes appointment with your dedicated designer.

Your colour and finishes appointment is the time to get creative! During this meeting your designer will guide you through our wide range of finishes available for your home helping you choose the best options to suit your taste & lifestyle. These finishes include flooring, cabinetry, countertops, paint and much more! You will then be asked to confirm and sign-off on all your selections, standard and upgraded. At this point, your final selection of standard and upgrade features and finishes are ordered, scheduled, and coordinated for installation.

A Valery Homes representative will join you on a Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) to view your completed home with all your selected features and finishes and show you how to maintain and operate everything within it.
